Facilitating, in general terms, includes characteristics such as assisting, freeing, aiding, guiding, and empowering learners in the learning process. On an individual as well as on the level of organisations running into challenges or problems and solving them through learning are just two sides of the same coin.

The main aim of the EUFACINET project is offer coherent approach of the facilitation learning within the 5 modules completed in the Facilitation Guide.
